In the recently concluded Afronation concert which was held in Portimao, The Algarve, Portugal, Wizkid revealed the real reason why he came for the show.
In a very jovial and lively chat with his team after his performance, the Grammy winner asked his team members if they had fun at all. His team, of course, chorused that they did and in response, he said “That’s what I came here for”.
There is no doubt that Wizkid Ayo is one of the most highly-rated entertainers in Nigeria and his record shows that he would at all times deliver nothing less than an astonishing performance at his shows.

Wizkid performed on Thursday 29th of June, which was the second day of the prestigious concert by black people alongside the likes of Asake, BNXN, Little Simz, Black Sherif, Victony, Tyla, Ms Banks and Tayc.
Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, Oxlade, and others opened the show the previous day while 50 Cent, Davido, Booba, Fireboy, and others closed the show on Friday, the 30th.
