Nigerian singer and songwriter, Simisola Bolatito Kosoko popularly known as Simi has reacted to a fan who claimed her career nose-dived after she released “Duduke“.
Simi released her hit single “Duduke” in 2020 and it was widely accepted and played across several stations for a very long time with its accompanying music video. Every pregnant woman hopped on the #dudukechallenge in and outside of the country, it was a mega-hit.
She has gone on to release numerous other songs such as “no Longer Beneficial”, “Running to You”, “Woman” and “So Bad”.
However, one of her fans still believed that these hot jams released after “Duduke” have not done any glorification to her talent as much as the “Duduke” jam.
A fan wrote:
Simi is undoubtedly my favorite female artist but we can’t ignore the dip in her craft after Duduke. What happened?

In reacting to the statement, Simi who is currently promoting her new single “Sare” said:
My guy I can make a thousand Dudukes but I understand change is hard to receive. I appreciate your support and I’d like you to give SimiVibez a chance with zero bias
