It’s dark February in South Africa as rapper, AKA has reportedly been shot dead.
As of the time of this report, there was the claim that the rapper was shot and killed in Durban, South Africa.

This is coming barely a year after the untimely death of his fiancée Anele ‘Nellie’ Tembe who reportedly jumped off from the 10th floor of Pepperclub Hotel’s balcony located in the Central business district of Cape Town in April 2021.
There has been two witnesses’ account of how the rapper was killed. While some claim that a man walked up to him and shot him 6 times at close range, others claim it was a drive-by shooting.
It was said that two cars drove by the restaurant where he was standing outside with friends and was shot dead. A friend standing with him was also killed while his bodyguard was injured in the shooting.
AKA was said to have flown to Durban for his 35th birthday celebration which has subsequently been cancelled.
