Controversial Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky has lost his father, Kunle Okuneye.
The deceased’s son, Debola Okunneye, confirmed the sad news today, Monday, stating, “Yes, my father passed away this morning, and we are arranging his funeral.”
A friend and colleague of the late Mr Okuneye, known simply as Lastborn, also spoke on his passing away. Lastborn serves as the Secretary of Beach Nigeria Enterprises, a car hire firm located at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos. The late Mr. Okunneye was a director at this establishment.
Addressing the funeral plans, Lastborn said, “Yes, you’ve heard correctly. It’s true; he will be laid to rest at 4 pm today.”
Mr. Okuneye, who hailed from Ijebu-Igbo in Ogun state, will be interred in his hometown.
