The Nigerian Army have arrested one of the soldiers who allegedly assaulted a traffic warden at Ring Road, Ibadan, Oyo state.

Earlier this week, a video went viral of an alleged assault of a traffic warden at a location in Oyo state by some men of the Nigerian army.

The video showed the traffic warden being publicly humiliated and even flogged at some point by one of the soldiers for an undisclosed offence.
