A Youth Corps member who was working as a temporary staff member for INEC in the just-concluded presidential elections has apologised after she was caught in Abakpa, Enugu State, manipulating votes.

The female corper was allegedly caught transferring votes from the Labour Party to the NNPP.

In the video, she admitted to doing it and said she will readily take any punishment given her for the crime.
